Booking Policy
Appointments
All appointments must be booked online through our booking system. Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking, as this is how we’ll confirm and communicate with you about your appointment.

A valid credit card is required to reserve your spot — this helps protect the stylist’s time and ensures smooth scheduling.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life happens! However, to respect everyone’s time, please note the following:

48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
These policies allow us to fill spots and accommodate other clients on the waitlist.
Booking Fee
Some services (such as bridal, extensions, or colour corrections) may require a non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking. The fee will be applied toward your final total on the day of your appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and a late fee or partial service charge may apply. We do our best to accommodate, but we want to ensure every client gets the full experience they deserve.
Product Returns
Unused retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on opened or used items.
Communication
You’ll receive appointment confirmations and reminders via email or text. Please double-check your contact info when booking to avoid missing updates.
