All services are subject to availability and may require a non-refundable retainer to secure the booking.
Clients Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

Products and Digital Goods
All sales of physical or digital products are final and non-refundable due to hygiene and intellectual property reasons. If a product is defective or misrepresented, you may be entitled to a replacement or remedy under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario). Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to request a resolution.
Travel and On-Location Services
Travel fees may apply for on-site hairstyling services such as weddings or events and will be communicated during the booking process. Clients are responsible for any applicable parking, travel, or accommodation costs related to their booking.
